Processing & Shipping Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:30 PM EST typically ship the same business day. During peak times, please allow up to 2 business days for processing.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you receive a defective item (not caused by misuse), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrived DOA. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Processing Returns

  • Fully functional items may be returned to you or issued store credit at our discretion.
